California Innovative Technologies & Engineering Corporation (Caliteco) is an engineering firm headquartered in Irvine, California. Founded in 2025 by William Steinle, we develop air-gapped biometric hardware and decentralized systems that enable individuals to maintain sovereign control over their genetic identity, digital assets, and personal security.

Both verticals share the same core bill of materials (BOM), Southern California precision supply chain, and foundational regulatory compliance framework. This shared infrastructure reduces costs, accelerates deployment, enhances supply-chain resilience, and enables dual-use scaling from individual to fleet-level applications.

Looking Ahead
Caliteco is positioned to lead in sovereign infrastructure development.

The foundational central secure trunk comprising:

  • Master-Key (AmberCore™ vessel): air-gapped biometric hardware,
